
ZOMETA Reimbursement Support is designed to provide support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. Reimbursement support will include clarifying insurance policy benefits, provide billing and coding information, and help identify alternative sources of coverage. Low income patients who do not have insurance coverage may be eligible for free drugs.
The ZOMETA Reimbursement Support Line is available to patients, healthcare providers, and caregivers. This free service is available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Eastern Time. Call toll free: 1-800-282-7630, when you need assistance with insurance coverage issues.
A ZOMETA reimbursement specialist will:
- Investigate and verify policy benefits and limitations
- Provide billing and coding information
- Identify alternative sources of coverage

Reimbursement Guide
If the ZOMETA reimbursement specialist cannot find a source of coverage, the patient will be screened for eligibility in the Novartis patient assistance program. This program provides full or partial assistance for ZOMETA to qualified patients, depending on income and other eligibility criteria.
The Reimbursement Support Line and Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation do not formally submit appeals on behalf of callers, nor do we guarantee success in obtaining insurance payments.
Third-party payment for medical products and services is affected by numerous variables, not all of which can be anticipated or resolved by Reimbursement Support Line staff.
