ZOMETA Reimbursement Support
ZOMETA Reimbursement Support is designed to provide support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. Reimbursement support will include clarifying insurance policy benefits, provide billing and coding information, and help identify alternative sources of coverage. Low income patients who do not have insurance coverage may be eligible for free drugs. The ZOMETA Reimbursement Support Line is available to patients, healthcare providers, and caregivers. This free service is available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Eastern Time. Call toll free: 1-800-282-7630, when you need assistance with insurance coverage issues.

If the ZOMETA reimbursement specialist cannot find a source of coverage, the patient will be screened for eligibility in the Novartis patient assistance program.
