Getting Assistance for Insurance Issues

Novartis Oncology, makers ZOMETA, is committed to supporting cancer patients and healthcare professionals that provide oncology care.

The ZOMETA Assistance Program (ZAP) provides support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers when they need assistance with insurance coverage issues. In addition, ZAP will assess, as appropriate, eligibility for the Novartis patient assistance program, which provides full or partial assistance for ZOMETA to qualified patients, depending on income and other eligibility criteria.

ZAP is a free service available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Eastern Time. Simply call this toll free number 1-866-4-ZOMETA (1-866-496-6382) to reach an information specialist.
